TSIBOG is an on-demand service app through which the user can order food, groceries, and many items such as medicines, beauty items, etc. The app is highly secure and provides benefits such as an easy-to-use interface, secured payment channels, and real-time tracking of orders. Not only this, but it offers economic opportunities to the riders as well as merchant partners.

The Journey

Challenges were

To manage the items in the cart because the app can be used with or without login.
To show the nearby vendors on the top and within the accurate area.
Added video player for the vendors to show their videos of their products.
The client gave us app idea; feature and functionality was added according to us.
To handle the app according to the latest versions of Android and iOS.
To customize the Google API for real-time tracking.

What we did

Without document verification, COD is not allowed.
We have added product videos for all the vendors.
The vendor can generate the weekly, monthly, or yearly report within the app.
To add maximum functionality in the app keeping the size of the app minimal.
A coupon is provided to the customer who mistakenly pays more amount and it is valid for one year.
The complete app can be translated into 5 languages in which we used Google translation API.

Results

The user can order their favorite food from TSIBOG app and can also order many things such as medicines, groceries, Beauty items, and many more from the same app. This multi-vendor app keeps security in the mind and does not accept COD until and unless the documents of the user are verified. For these safety reasons, the merchants and riders love to connect with this app.

TSIBOG is a well-known app in the Philippines and people are loving the app due to safety reasons and the level of services they provide. The vendors can also check how much they have earned profit by getting weekly, monthly, or yearly reports.
